Service Rates and Insurance

Listed are my current rates. Please be aware that the initial session is priced higher because of the comprehensive nature of the intake assessment.

Intake Assessment

The mental health intake is designed to obtain information regarding a client’s current concerns and symptoms, as well as to obtain foundational background information. The intake charge is $225.

Mental Health Therapy Session

Mental health sessions cost $160-180. Sessions last 45-55 minutes.

I accept cash pay, HSA cards, and bishop pay.

Insurances

I accept EMI, HMHI-BHN, Select Health, and Utah Medicaid.

If I do not accept your health insurance, I can provide you with a Superbill to submit to your health insurance for reimbursement.
