Nature-Informed Offerings
Nature has a deep and intuitive way of supporting healing, self-awareness, and emotional regulation. Nature-informed therapy is rooted in attachment theory at its foundation, with nature as my co-therapist. This approach weaves the natural world into the therapeutic process—whether through outdoor sessions, mindfulness practices in nature, or simply drawing on nature’s rhythms and metaphors for insight and grounding.

Many clients find that connecting with nature in this way can ease anxiety, improve mood, and foster a greater sense of connection—to themselves, others, and the world around them. I’m passionate about offering this gentle, holistic approach as part of the healing journey.
Embrace the Healing Power of Nature in Therapy
Discover the transformative power of nature-informed therapy through our engaging walk and talk sessions. Whether we begin at my office and stroll to the nearby city park in Holladay or meet directly beautiful locations like Knudsen Park, Wheeler Farm, or Big Cottonwood Regional Park, these sessions offer a unique opportunity to connect with nature while exploring your thoughts and feelings. Embrace the calming ambiance of the outdoors as we work together to foster personal growth and healing. Let’s take therapy experience outside and into the refreshing embrace of nature.

It’s playful, relaxed, and intentionally small so each child can move at their own pace and feel supported along the way. Think: summer camp with a little therapeutic magic mixed in.
